1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using TriLink (the “Service”), you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account;
- Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use;
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. License to use the Service
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TriLink for your own non-commercial entertainment. Your use of the app itself is also governed by our End User License Agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, automation, or unauthorized mods;
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service;
- Access the Service through unauthorized means or disrupt its operation;
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
6. Purchases and virtual items
TriLink may offer optional in-app purchases, including the removal of ads and cosmetic items. All purchases are processed by the applicable app store. Virtual items have no monetary value, are licensed not sold, and are non-transferable. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable.
7. User content
If you submit content (such as a display name or support messages), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to share it.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, graphics, code, and trademarks, is owned by TriLink and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited license described above.
9. Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, content, and availability, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriLink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
